Lee Carmichael - Town Planner/Owner
Lee Carmichael is one of the Shoalhaven’s most experienced and well-known town planners. He started his career with Shoalhaven City Council in 2003 before moving into private practice. Lee’s experience ensures that clients receive straightforward explanations, frank advice and the best possible outcomes for their projects. When Lee isn’t in the office, you’ll most likely find him in the pub or at the beach.
Lydia Hawke - Manager/Owner
Lydia has had a diverse career, previously working as a registered nurse, travel agent and content writer. Her overseas travels led to an interest in architecture and the built environment, so working in planning was an appealing career move. A well-known bibliophile, Lydia spends most of her spare time reading or thinking about reading. She is also partial to a beer and lying on the beach.
